Moven is a portable motion capture suit which provides highly accurate and fluid motion capture data in any situation. Not being limited to a studio or lab, it can be used anywhere: outside, in the office, on the work floor or in the sports arena. There are no restrictions for lighting, clothing or obstacles. And unique for inertial motion capture systems: the sensor-suit captures any type of movement, including running, jumping, crawling and cartwheels.
Moven is based on Xsens’ unique inertial sensor technology, proven in the academic field of biomechanics and various other areas. You may want to read the papers listed on Xsens' website.
